Cancellation and Refund Terms
1. Cancellation by Client
- 24+ hours before scheduled time: 100% refund
- 12-24 hours before scheduled time: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours before scheduled time: No refund
2. Cancellation by Creator
If a Creator cancels a booking, you will receive a 100% refund regardless of the timing.
3. No-Show Policy
If a Creator does not show up for the scheduled time, you will receive a 100% refund.
Refund Process
- Submit a refund request through our platform or contact support
- Provide booking details and reason for refund
- Our team will review the request within 24-48 hours
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
Special Circumstances
We understand that sometimes special circumstances may arise. In such cases, we may consider refunds outside our standard policy. These cases will be reviewed on an individual basis.
